Amazing Book

Although I've lost a lot of weight the weight loss has been recently stagnating and I suffer still with obsession with food.  I have been stubborn in my ways, but have finally become willing to try another way.  The person who has been helping me who has totally overcome similar problems suggested me trying the way in this book: Food Addiction, the Body Knows.  I don't want to jinx it but I have to say I'm amazed by how I feel, for the first time I'm not obsessing about food and constantly hungry.  It requires you eat a balanced diet in a simple to measure way of carbohydrates, protein, vegetables and fruit.  It truly does something crazy to your brain.  It was suggested to me to not worry about following what's in the book to the tea as it's pretty extreme, but to do as much as I can, and so far that is working great.
